AN OWN goal by SJC Kerala gave MYJ Mumbai full points while Red Army Bengaluru also bagged three points courtesy walk over conceded by city’s Young Muslim Football Club in the 10th Haji Majid Ahmad Majju Seth All India Gold Cup Football Tournament under way at Military Football Ground Kamptee, on Monday. One of city’s big clubs, YMFC, came up with protest against their rivals but decided not to play the match against Red Army Bengaluru ‘under protest’ to concede full points.
 
With a 0-0 result and three points, further action in the tournament will be taken according to the prevalent rules, a member of organising committee informed ‘The Hitavada’. In the second match, an own goal by Kerala’s Rufaid handed Mumbai a win. Rufaid put the ball in his side’s goal in 21st minute of play. Referee had a tough time in the middle as he flashed the yellow card as many as nine times (seven for Mumbai) in the match. Double yellow for Mumbai’s Kiran saw him leave the field in 68th minute. Tuesday’s fixtures: Rabbani Club Kamptee Vs GST Custom Chennai 1.30 pm; SEC Railway Nagpur Vs J&K Bank Kashmir 3.30 pm.
