In the inaugural address, the
Chief Justice highlighted that
the new court complex and additional court rooms have been
thoughtfully designed to provide
a modern, efficient and comfortable working environment
for judges, lawyers and administrative staff, ensuring that justice is delivered with dignity and
promptness.
The residential premises will
offer a pleasant and convenient
living space for judicial officers.
This will serve not only as a venue for dispensing justice but also
as a beacon of fairness, transparency and dedication to the
principles that safeguard our
democracy. The new construction has been completed at an
estimated cost of around Rs 32
crore with constant efforts of
Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, Chief
Justice, High Court of MP.
Even
the State has co-operated in the
upliftment of the infrastructure.
Registrar General of High Court
of Madhya Pradesh, Dharminder
Singh has extended his regards
to all the stakeholders by whose
concentrated efforts the new
construction could take a final
shape and has assured that inauguration of these new structures
will strengthen the justice delivery system further. A vote of
