STAR of the Women’s Kabaddi World Cup Sanju Devi called on Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai at his official residence in State Capital. Sai extended heartfelt congratulations to Kabaddi player Sanju Devi for bringing honour to both the State and the nation through her exceptional performance. Chief Minister Sai praised Sanju Devi for her remarkable achievement.

 

Sai said, “You (Sanju Devi) have set a new benchmark for women empowerment. Your journey and your victory will inspire thousands of young girls across Chhattisgarh to enter the world of sports with renewed enthusiasm. This accomplishment will undoubtedly serve as a guiding light for future generations of sporting talent.” During the interaction, Sanju Devi shared with the Chief Minister the story of her life, her struggles, and her experiences on the global Kabaddi stage.
