Suraksha Karmachari Union, SC/STEmployees’ Union name candidates

 

 

 

WITH upcoming Works Committee and Canteen Committee elections scheduled for December 20 at Khamaria Ordnance Factory, election activities have intensified. In this context, Suraksha Karmchari Union and SC/ST Employees Union have come together to form Adhikar Morcha and announced their panel of candidates. Reminding employees of the unfulfilled promises made in the previous election, General Secretary Anand Sharma charged that the Sangharsh Samiti failed to deliver on its commitments.

 

SC/ST Union President Shashibhushan Paswan added that the committee’s failure has encouraged employees from the DBW Trade to form their own panel and contest the elections this time. Leaders of Adhikar Morcha assured workers that they would fight the election on key issues such as working conditions, frequent transfers, promotions and DBW stagnation.

 

Declared candidates for Works Committee Elections include Anil Gupta, Hridayesh Yadav, Santosh Singh, Jeevan Singh, Tejbahadur Singh, Deshraj, Rahul Patel, Ravi Chandra, Jagdish Vitoria, Mukesh Kumar (Mukhiya). Similarly, Canteen Committee candidates include Ajit Yadav, Veer Singh Dhurve, Sunil Sharma and Dileep Saiyam. INDWF National Vice President Arun Dubey extended his best wishes to all the candidates, stating that the organisation stands firmly with employees on every key issue.
