Municipal
Corporation (JMC) has once
again secured top position in
Madhya Pradesh for clearing
pending cases and resolving
complaints on the CM
Helpline. The performance has been
recognised as the best
among all Municipal
Corporations in the
state.
It is another
milestone for the civic
body, which has been
delivering consistently strong results
across major urban administration parameters.
Urban Administration and
Development Commissioner
Shivraj Bhondwe praised
Municipal Commissioner Ashish
Ahirwar for his administrative
efficiency. He congratulated the
entire JMC team for the achievement and highlighted the discipline and commitment shown by
officers and staff under Ahirwar’s
supervision.
He expressed confidence that JMC will continue
to maintain the pace and ensure
timely and effective grievance
redressal for citizens. Ahirwar
dedicated the recognition to the
entire JMC team, saying that the CM
Helpline is a crucial
platform that connects
citizens directly with
the administration. He
said the top ranking
reflects the sincerity
with which every official and employee has
performed their
duties.
He added that the accomplishment is a collective effort and
reaffirmed his commitment to
keeping Jabalpur at the forefront
of providing timely civic services and solutions. The Municipal
Commissioner said JMC will continue to strengthen its grievance
redressal systems and work
toward maintaining its lead in citizen-centric service delivery.
