Raipur,
Dharohar Talks, an initiative led by advocates Rupal Vijay Pandey and Yashprada Ramdas Joglekar, is working to inspire young people to play an active role in shaping Chhattisgarh’s future. The launch of Phase I was supported by Rajesh Munat, MLA of Raipur West, who encouraged the participants at the event.
The project aims to create a space where youth, policy, and community can come together for meaningful discussions on social development, governance, and cultural identity.
The first phase, themed Chhattisgarh’s 25 Years: My Thoughts, My Vision, invited students from classes 9 to 12 in three schools of Raipur West to share their dreams for the state.
Students participated enthusiastically, sharing ideas about a cleaner, greener Chhattisgarh, better civic sense, road safety, women’s safety, improved government schools, and the use of bio-gas fuels. Many also expressed pride in Chhattisgarh’s culture, hoping to see its cuisine, music, and textiles gain wider recognition.
With such strong participation and contributions, Dharohar Talks has set a positive example of youth engagement and civic responsibility, paving the way for a brighter and more responsible future for Chhattisgarh.
