Earlier Vidarbha bowled out Odisha for 128 runs in 48.1 overs to ensure a crucial 38-run first innings lead.
Aashirwad Swain (39 not out) was the top-scorer for
Odisha.
Jagjyot (3-8) was the star bowler for Vidarbha taking three
wickets at economical eight
runs.
Gaurav Farde, who smashed 30 runs and also snared two wickets on Day One, went on to take another two wickets completing his four-wicket haul four mere 35 runs.
By close of play, Vidarbha batted themselves in a
position of strength riding on half-centuries by Agrawal
(77 not out) and Jagjot
(54) having piled 183 at the loss of four wickets in their second innings.
