St Aloysius College organises annual event ‘Bharat Business Conclave 4.0’

Students giving excellent performance during Bharat Business Conclave

St Aloysius College, under the Department of Commerce and Commerce Forum, successfully organised the fourth edition of its annual event, ‘Bharat Business Conclave 4.0’ on Tuesday, in association with Dayananda sagar Business school. The theme of this year’s event was ‘Bridging Business lnnovation with Sustainable Development Goals’ in which students from more than 15 schools from Jabalpur district enthusiastically participated. The programme started with Quiz Competition followed by inaugural ceremony, led by principal Rev. Dr J Ben Anton Rose, Dr Major Sonal Rai and Dr Rupali Ahluwalia. The day was filled with fun and learning through events like intellect quest, style for Sustainability (Fashion Show), Fun Junction and Food Stalls. The ‘Style for Sustainability’ fashion show was judged by Paridhi Agarwal, Rashi Grover and Prerna Jagwani.
 
The event was organised under the guidance of Principal Rev. Dr Rose, Vice Principal Dr Kallol Das and others. The title of ‘Master of lntellect Quest’ was awarded to St Aloysius Senior Secondary School, Rimjha. In Quiz Competition, St Gabriel’s School won first runner up and followed by Gyanodaya Children Academy in second runner up. ln Style for Sustainability (Redefining Fashion and Reviving the planet), under school category was won by Anshika Gupta, followed by first runner up Riya Gupta and 2nd runner up Shreya Kewat and in College category Anjali Gautam claimed first position, followed by Bhumika Vyas as first runner up and Tanisha Sen as second runner up. Students also put up fun games and food stalls, all managed by themselves, which helped them build entrepreneurial and creative skills. The event was a grand success, showcasing the spirit of commerce - ‘Commerce that Speaks, ldeas that lgnite’.
