Ramdeobaba University (RBU) has achieved significant recognition at the EduSkills Connect 2025 NextGen Skill Conclave held in Shimla recently securing the 10th All India Ranking for EduSkills Virtual Internships 2025, demonstrating its nationwide impact. Further accolades include Best Performing University (Western Zone) 2025, Best Performing Institute (ZScaler Internship Domain) 2025, and the AI Excellence Skilling Award 2025. Individual excellence was also celebrated, with Dr Rashmi Welekar receiving both the Women Leadership Award 2025 and the Best Performing Center of Excellence (CoE) Coordinator-2025. Dr Welekar received her Women Leadership Award from distinguished dignitaries including Dr Buddha Chandrasekhar, CEO, Anuvadini AI & CCO, AICTE; and Prof. K K Aggarwal, President, South Asian University.

 

These awards celebrate Ramdeobaba University’s robust AICTE EduSkills Online Virtual Internship Programme, which saw over 4,000 students gain practical skills across AWS Cloud, Zscaler Zero Trust Security, and Google AI-ML, and Full Stack Development leading to an impressive 1,800+ completions in cloud and AI domains alone. Notably, 70 per cent of participating students secured placements, with many directly recruited by industry giants like Zscaler. These achievements underscore Ramdeobaba University’s commitment to fostering industry-ready talent and its pivotal role in advancing technical education in India.
