Former President Ram Nath Kovind inaugurates Akhil Bhartiya Sahitya Parishad convention in Rewa

Former President Ram Nath Kovind arrived at Rewa on Friday, to inaugurate the three-day Akhil Bhartiya Sahitya Parishad convention being organised at the Krishna Raj Kapoor Auditorium, Rewa.
More than 1,200 eminent literary figures, scholars, and thinkers from across the country are participating in this literary extravaganza, including several Padma Vibhushan and Padma Shri awardees.
Former President Ram Nath Kovind arrived at Rewa Airport around 2:00 pm on Friday and proceeded directly to the Krishna Raj Kapoor Auditorium to attend the inaugural session of the convention as the chief guest.
The programme was presided over by the Parishad’s National President, Dr Sushil Chandra Trivedi Madhupaes, while the inaugural speaker was Marathi novelist Vishwas Mahiti Patil.
Special guests at the convention included Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, Parishad General Secretary Dr Rishi Kumar Mishra,
National Organisation Minister Shridhar Padkar, and National Joint General Secretary Dr Pawan Putra Badal.
An exhibition was inaugurated at 1:00 pm before the convention began. General Secretary, Mahakaushal region, Dr Chandrakant Tiwari informed that on November 8, discussions and dialogue sessions on various topics will take place from 10:00 am. An All Language Conference will be held until 9:00 pm.
On November 9, meetings and narration sessions will begin in the morning. The convention will conclude with a closing session at 2:30 pm.
The Akhil Bhartiya Sahitya Parishad convention is being held for the first time in Rewa.
