Driver beaten to death with stick following dispute in Kamla Nagar

 

 

A youth was allegedly beaten to death with a stick in the Kamla Nagar area of Bhopal following a trivial dispute. The deceased has been identified as Kailash Yadav (36), who worked as a driver. The incident occurred on December 9, when Kailash and his friend Rahul (who works installing Tandoors) An argument erupted between the two over a minor issue during their drinking session.

 

As the argument escalated, Kailash allegedly began using abusive language, which enraged Rahul, who attacked him with a stick before fleeing the scene. Kailash collapsed immediately after being struck. Police arrived at the scene around 3 am and rushed him to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

 

Although there were initially no external injury marks on the body, the post-mortem report later revealed that the death was caused by blunt force trauma from the stick. Based on the post-mortem findings, the police have registered a case of murder against the assailant, Rahul, and have successfully arrested him.
