Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda performed bhoomipujan for the construction of new building of Gorabazar Police Station. The ceremony was held in the presence of Mayor Jagat Bahadur Singh Annu, Cantonment MLA Ashok Rohani, North Jabalpur MLA Abhilash Pandey, Collector Raghvendra Singh, Superintendent of Police Sampat Upadhyay and other eminent residents. On this occasion, Additional SP (Crime) Jitendra Singh, Reserve Inspector Jai Prakash Arya, SHO, Gorabazar, Sanjeev Kumar Tripathi, local n Staff Reporter Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda performed bhoomipujan for the construction of new building of Gorabazar Police Station.

 

The ceremony was held in the presence of Mayor Jagat Bahadur Singh Annu, Cantonment MLA Ashok Rohani, North Jabalpur MLA Abhilash Pandey, Collector Raghvendra Singh, Superintendent of Police Sampat Upadhyay and other eminent residents. On this occasion, Additional SP (Crime) Jitendra Singh, Reserve Inspector Jai Prakash Arya, SHO, Gorabazar, Sanjeev Kumar Tripathi, local residents and police officers and staff posted at police station were also present.

 

It may be noted that the construction of the new Gorabazar Police Station building is being undertaken by the Madhya Pradesh Police Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation. The project has received administrative approval of Rs 1.80 crore. The new building will include facilities such as SHO and Duty Officer rooms, office staff rooms, women’s help desk, HCM room, CCTNS, wireless room, separate male and female lock-ups, store room, armoury and other essential facilities.
