Sampat Upadhyay conducted the
annual inspection of Bargi Police
Station on Monday. During the
inspection, SHO of Bargi Police
Station (Probationary DSP)
Hemant Kumar and Bargi Nagar
Outpost In-Charge Sub-Inspector
Sarita Patel were present.
During the inspection,
Superintendent of Police examined the Malkhana and verified
the maintenance of seized property, arms and ammunition and
riot drill equipment. He also
inspected the lock-up and
checked all registers required to
be maintained at the police station to ensure they were properly updated.
While reviewing the registered
crimes at the police station, he
issued necessary directions for
the early disposal of pending cases and investigations. The pro
files of listed goons and history
sheeters were also reviewed,
including verification of updated mobile numbers, photo
graphs, and other details. He
instructed that continuous surveillance be maintained on previously arrested property offenders and those recently released
from jail, with regular verification of their means of livelihood.
SP, Upadhyay further directed
that pending complaints
received through the CM
Helpline and public grievance
hearings be resolved promptly
and in a satisfactory manner.
He instructed all officers and
staff to remain sensitive towards
women, children, senior citizens
and weaker sections of society
and to take immediate lawful
action on complaints received
from them, ensuring timely relief.
He emphasised that no negligence in this regard would be
tolerated.
Superintendent of Police also invited officers and staff to
directly inform him of any
issues or difficulties they may
be facing, assuring that such
matters would be resolved on
a priority basis. After completing the inspection of the
police station, he also inspect
ed the premises outside the
police station building.
