uous efforts of the PI staff, 24
Madhya Pradesh Battalion NCC,
Chhindwara has been organis
ing special training camps for
the past several years. Continuing this tradition, the
battalion organised regular
Agniveer training camps this year
as well across its areas in
Pandhurna, Seoni, and
Chhindwara districts. As a result of rigorous train
ing, close monitoring, and sus
tained efforts, more than 58 NCC
cadets have successfully been
selected as ‘Agniveers’ in the first
two provisional merit lists of this
session.
This achievement is sig
nificant in itself. All selected cadets will report
to their respective training cen
ters from January month, where
they will undergo military training and later receive postings to
serve the nation as strong and
capable warriors.
The selection of over 58 cadets
as Agniveers in the year 2025 from
24 MP Battalion NCC stands as
a clear testament to the battal
ion’s robust training system and
the relentless hard work of its
cadets. Adding to the pride of the bat
talion, Cadet Ashwani Pawar has
been selected for the Officer rank
in the Indian Air Force. This remarkable achievement
is the result of high-quality guid
ance provided by the battalion
and the cadet’s unwavering dedication.
In the same year, Cadet Adarsh
Patwa and Cadet Kartikey Shrivas
successfully cleared the
Combined Defence Services
(CDS) Examination, while Cadet
Bhavi Chauhan cleared the pres
tigious and highly competitive
National Defence Academy
(NDA) Examination. These accomplishments clear
ly demonstrate that 24 Madhya
Pradesh NCC Battalion is not
limited to physical training alone,
but also prepares cadets at intel
lectual, mental, leadership, and
character-building levels.
All these achievements of 24
Madhya Pradesh NCC Battalion,
Chhindwara are a matter of great
pride for Group Headquarters
Jabalpur as well as the entire
Madhya Pradesh and
Chhattisgarh Directorate.
