Fit-again Shubham back in Harsh-led Vid team

 

 

 

HARD-HITTING batter Shubham Dubey is back in Vidarbha fold for the Vijay Hazare One-Day Trophy which is scheduled to be played at Rajkot from December 24. The 17-member squad will be led by bowling all-rounder Harsh Dubey. Yash Thakur will be the vice-captain of the team. Shubham Dubey was out of favour after he suffered an injury.

 

 

he left-handed batter has now fully recovered and has been included in the squad for the Elite Group B matches. Vidarbha selectors made three changes to the squad which played the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy. While pacer Umesh Yadav was not included in the squad, Varun Bisht and Adhyayan Daga too were ignored. Professional Ravikumar Samarth is back in the team along with rookie spinner Ganesh Bhosle, who recently made his Ranji Trophy debut. Vidarbha will open their campaign against Bengal on December 24.
