(BSNL) Chhattisgarh Circle has strong
ly refuted misleading and false prop
aganda related to recruitment for BSNL
tower maintenance that is being cir
culated through pamphlets and posts
on social media platforms.
According to BSNL Chhattisgarh
Circle office, Raipur, it has come to
notice that some unidentified indi
viduals are spreading a poster claim
ing ‘immediate direct recruitment’ for
boys and girls for BSNL tower main
tenance work. The pamphlet mentions recruitment
of trained and untrained candidates
in the age group of 18 to 40 years and
asks interested persons to contact
through WhatsApp on mobile numbers
9125121598 and 7355756855.
BSNL Chhattisgarh Circle has clar
ified that it has not issued any such
pamphlet and no recruitment process
of this nature is currently underway.
The organisation has categorically stat
ed that no individual, agency or pri
vate organisation has been authorised
by BSNL for recruitment related to tow
er maintenance or any other work in
the Chhattisgarh Circle.Officials said that such false and mis
leading propaganda is being spread by
unknown persons and is an attempt
to tarnish the image of BSNL. The pub
lic has been cautioned that BSNL has
no connection whatsoever with the
contents of the circulated pamphlet and the claims made in it
are completely false.
BSNL Chhattisgarh Circle has fur
ther clarified that it will not be respon
sible for any financial loss, fraud or
inconvenience suffered by any indi
vidual or citizen due to reliance on
such fake recruitment advertisements.
People responding to these pamphlets
risk being cheated by fraudsters pos
ing as recruiters.
The general public has been advised
to remain vigilant and not to trust
recruitment-related information cir
culated through unofficial sources such
as social media, WhatsApp messages
or unverified pamphlets. BSNL has
reiterated that all official recruitment
notifications, if any, are published only
through authorised government chan
nels, official websites and recognised
newspapers. BSNL Chhattisgarh Circle has
appealed to citizens to report such
misleading content to the concerned
authorities and avoid sharing or for
warding unverified information.
