THE MP Sansad Khel Mahotsav
(Parliamentarians’ Sports
Festival), organised across the
country at the initiative of Prime
Minister Narendra Modi, concluded on Thursday.
Approximately 10 million
youths participated in this
nationwide event, engaging
actively in sports and fitness
activities. Prime Minister Modi
himself connected virtually with
young participants from across
the country on the occasion of
the closing ceremony.
Sports and Youth Welfare
Minister Vishwas Sarang stated
that this festival will serve as a
powerful platform to engage the
youth in nation-building. He
emphasised that the call of the
Prime Minister is being
embraced wholeheartedly,
inspiring the younger generation to contribute to the country’s growth and development.
He further announced that
Madhya Pradesh will host the
Khelo MP Youth Games from
January 10 to January 31.
For the
first time in the country, the state
is conducting this initiative in
collaboration with all state-level sports associations.The Khelo MP Youth Games
will be organised at division,
block, and state levels, providing young athletes with a structured platform to showcase their
talent and promote sports culture across the State.
The closing ceremony witnessed the presence of Minister

Pachauri, MLAs Bhagwandas
Sabnani and Rameshwar
Sharma, Mayor Malti Rai, BJP
District President Ravindra Yati,
former MLA Dhruv Narayan
Singh, former MP Alok Sanjar,
BMC chairman Kishan
Suryavanshi, and SAGE Group
Chairman Sanjeev Agrawal,
along with other public representatives and officials.
Winners and runners-up of
were felicitated during the event,
celebrating their achievements
and contributions to the spirit
of youth sports.
