In 2025, several Nagpur-based companies successfully launched SME Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited, an information technology (SaaS) company brought an IPO in May 2025 while Active Infrastructures Limited, an infrastructure development company brought an IPO in March 2025. In addition, GB Logistics Commerce Limited, a logistics firm had also brought its IPO in January 2025.
In 2025, the region has seen significant development in the field of logistics as couple of new companies started work on their new propjects while some of the exisiting players began expansions of their set ups.
The Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Sindi near Wardha in Nagpur, developed by National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) and Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), commenced commercial operations in 2025.
This facility is designed to improve freight efficiency and connectivity in the region. Construction of XSIO Industrial & Logistics Park began in November 2025 on a new industrial and logistics park backed by a significant investment from XSIO Industry, Blackstone, and the Maharashtra Government.
