The Rotary Club of Nagpur South (RCNS) organised a family picnic for its members at the Aura Conservation Park, located on Amravati Road, Nagpur. The Director of Aura Conservation Park, Rtn. Ambarish Ghatate, and his wife, Ann. Shrigouri Ghatate, welcomed the guests and introduced them to the concept of the park - a biodiversity park that is home to over 800 species of medicinal plants.

The tour was an eye-opener for the members. They were taken to each and every medicinal plant, and were provided with scientific information about their properties and uses. The members were also given the opportunity to taste, smell, and experience the aroma of many leaves and flowers. The members spent around 5-6 hours at the park, and almost every member purchased different products produced by Aura Conservation Park using a very scientific Ayurvedic process. Aura Conservation Park offers a unique opportunity for visitors to experience the magic of nature.
