A DIAMOND may be rare but cannot be
more rarer than a 1933 Chevrolet
Master Eagle which is one of the only
500 cars manufactured in the world.
Today, only a few survive.
The 1933 build makes the car one of
the oldest cars in Vidarbha claims
Rukshad Bhagwagar who is the third
owner of the American made car with
a Phaeton body type (4 door convertible) and owns it over for a year now.
Rukshad, an exporter by profession,

we brothers are specialists in making
auto components.
“My family has enjoyed many picnics
and long drives into the
jungles and remote places
with this ‘go anywhere’
jeep which has a 1500CC
mated to a three speed
four-wheel drive gearbox.
“Whenever we go, many
people stop to ask about
its history and take pictures and videos. We are
happy that our proud possession is bringing joy and
happiness to persons of all
ages and making memories for many youngsters.
“I feel the authorities concerned should help and
encourage us to keep our
vehicles on the road as we
are preserving the automotive heritage of our
country,” said Aqeel.
