A week-long exhibition Advantage Vidarbha 2025 – Khasdar Audyogik Mahotsav’ held here at RTMNU campus concluded on a high note on Sunday, providing a significant platform for a diverse range of participants, including established companies, non-governmental organisations, and various institutions. The event witnessed a surge in visitor turnout, boosting the morale of exhibitors, many of whom reported substantial inquiries for their products and services. The overwhelming response has left participants enthusiastic, with a considerable number already expressing their intent to return for next year’s exhibition. Start-ups, in particular, voiced their satisfaction, highlighting the expo as an ideal venue to showcase their offerings.
 
Several start-ups seeking investment also reported successful meetings with potential investors, further underscoring the exhibition’s value as a networking and business development hub. Nishchay Sinha of Metlock Private Limited said the mega expo proved highly beneficial to his company. “It is a very effective platform that sees the right kind of visitors. We got good response from the visitors for our products and received a satisfactory number of inquiries,” he said. Considering the increased footfall in the expo, Sinha said his company would love to participate even in the next edition of the Advantage Vidarbha. Sanvijay Rolling and Engineering Ltd, another company participating in the expo, said there were all kinds of customers. “Representatives of many Government agencies, private firms, entrepreneurs and even contractors paid a visit to our stall during the last three days.
 
Advantage Vidarbha has become an effective platform for companies based in the region,” said Atul Netke, Marketing Manager in the company. Ankin Patil, Founder and CEO of Windelite UAV Systems Private limited, also said he was happy to take part in the exhibition. “We have displayed an anti drone system which is used by security agencies. The three-day exhibition has generated many leads and we are hopeful to get good orders in the coming days. We also had interaction with experts and Government agencies,” he said. There were many other small, mid size and big companies that have expressed satisfaction over the exhibition saying that it attracted a large number of visitors. On the other hand, visitors were also seen showing great interest in the products put on display.
