NMC gives PPP on land monetization projects

 

 

 

In line with the Government of India initiative for Asset Monetization, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) is also actively monetizing its underutilized assets thereby generating funds for other citizen centric initiatives such as development of roads, healthcare facilities etc. In first of its kind initiative, the Municipal Commissioner Dr Abhijit Choudhari made a presentation to the CREDAI Nagpur Chapter during its general body meeting conducted under the chairmanship of its President Gaurav Agarwala. Choudhari showcased the various upcoming PPP projects of NMC under the design-build-finance-operate-sale model.The project management consultants of NMC took part in the event. Anil Nair, Santdas Chawla, Mahesh Sadhwani, Vijay Dargan and others werea also present.
