During his detailed explanation of the budget, Kanade illustrated the concept of ‘Developed India’ with practical examples. He stated that a nation can be considered developed when its per capita income rises and the number of engineers migrating to America and Europe for education and jobs declines. Stressing the importance of innovation, he urged young minds to become job creators and promote self-employment rather than solely seeking jobs.
