The One District One Product (ODOP) expo at the Global Investors Summit will elevate State’s handicrafts and products and serve as a bridge between artisans and investors, driving economic growth and global outreach 
 
The ‘One District-One Product’ (ODOP) initiative is a significant step towards making artisans and farmers self-reliant. ODOP-Expo at Global Investors Summit will provide a global platform for local products, offering new recognition to industries, particularly handicraft and agricultural products. The two-day Global Investors Summit in Bhopal will showcase State’s traditional industries and handicrafts, helping the local artisans gain national and international recognition.
 
The expo will feature special stalls for 38 ODOP products, categorised into live and process counters. At the live counters, artisans will demonstrate making of key products such as Bagh print, Zari Zardozi, Batik print, carpets, Chanderi sarees, bamboo crafts, sandstone items, and fabric jackets. Visitors and representatives will have the opportunity to experience making these products under the guidance of skilled artisans. Live counters for pottery and metal crafts at the Museum of Mankind (Manav Sangrahalaya) will also be a major attraction. The expo will feature stalls showcasing 32 ODOP products related to food, spices, and fruits, highlighting their production process. Visitors will be able to see, understand, and purchase these products.
 
Additionally, 16 live counters will exhibit State’straditional arts and crafts, where guests can participate in the creative process. The expo will open new business avenues for artisans. Visitor data will be collected at each counter, facilitating future B2B and B2C networking opportunities. Students from colleges in Bhopal will manage the data collection, providing them with practical experience.
