West Central Railway (WCR), Bhopal Division, has made extensive arrangements to ensure convenience and safety of pilgrims travelling from Bhopal. As per Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria, special trains are being operated from Rani Kamalapati Station to Prayagraj to manage increased passenger rush. Additionally, extra staff has been deployed at Bhopal and major stations for ticket checking, passenger assistance and ensuring security. The Railway Protection Force (RPF) remains on high alert, monitoring suspicious activities and conducting regular patrolling, bag checks and inspections for explosives or inflammable substances at stations and aboard trains. Over 375 CCTV cameras across the division are being used to monitor crowded areas and suspicious individuals. To improve passenger convenience, Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (ATVMs) have been set up for unreserved tickets and food stalls at all major stations are being monitored for quality and pricing.

Public meals, milk, fruit juices, and drinking water are available on platforms, and cleanliness has been prioritised. Special arrangements for cleaning and water filling in coaches heading to Prayagraj have also been ensured. Passengers are advised to avoid sitting on train steps and follow all safety measures during their travel, and they are urged to rely only on official sources for information to avoid rumors or misinformation.
