An industrial visit of students of Aakar Institute of Management & Research Studies, Hingna, to R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd., located in MIDC, Hingna gave an opportunity to the visitors to understand various aspects of factory. The students got information about plastics, its applications, various polymer materials and recycling of plastics. In addition, they also experienced various processes in the company. The students visited tool room, compression moldings unit, blow molding unit, injection moldings unit and testing unit.

 

The visit was also very useful to learn inventory of stocks, raw materials, process of manufacturing, types of plumbing pipes, eco drainage pipe, etc. Chitra Parate, President, ‘Chhoo Le Aasman’ played a key role in organising the visit. Dr Sachin B Bogawar, Secretary of Aakar Bahuudeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha, Nagpur, appreciated the efforts of staff members for conducting the visit. The visit was conducted under the guidance of Dr Pranjal S Bogawar, Academic Director of ABGVS, Swati Doye, Pooja Rane, Roshani Kakade, Prachi Baniya and others.
