Shiv Shakti, ZoneIn XI, New Target Ballarshah and Tandoors Kitchen (TK) made it to the semi-final of the ongoing RPCL Season 9 at Mecosabagh Methodist School ground in Kadbi Chowk. The meet is jointly organised by Royal Cricket Association, Dr Sandeep Shinde’s Babuji Foundation and Hajiyani Zubeda Abdul Razzak Charitable Trust. In the quarter-finals, Shiv Shakti defeated Sai Baba XI by 46 runs. Sourabh Yadav scored an unbeaten 50 for Shiv Shakti as they posted 93 for five in eight overs. Kartik Gokhale added 14 runs. For Sai Baba XI, Roshan and Mohnish Ninawe took two wickets each. In reply, Sai Baba XI were all out for 47 runs.

 

Amandeep Singh managed highest 15 runs. For the winners, Kapil took four wickets while Yadav took two. In another quarter-final, ZoneIn XI defeated Sarve XI, Gondia by 38 runs. ZoneIn scored for seven with Vaibhav Chanderkar hitting three boundaries and as many sixes. Mohit Shinde scored 22. For Gondia, Saurabh Deokar took three wickets. In return, Gondia were restricted at 65 for six. Ali made 17 and Shubham Shivankar made 13. For ZoneIn Anand Sharma scalped two wickets. New Target Ballarshah defeated Sabbir Arshad Vidrohi XI by five wickets.

 

Vidrohi XI were restricted at 41 in eight overs with Nitin Kharwde taking five wickets. Ballarshah achieved the target in 3.5 overs with Kartok Rathod top scoring 26 runs from 13 balls. Tandoors Kitchen defeated Pratik XI by six wickets to completed the semis line-up. Pratik XI scored 71 from eight overs with the help of Shubham Malik’s 27. Tandoors Kitchen achieved the target in 6.1 overs. Usham Ashar remained unbeaten on 18 while Jatin contributed 16. For the losers, Lucky Thorat took two wickets.
