An exemplary act of honesty and passenger service by railway staff was witnessed at Bhopal Railway Station. While travelling from Gwalior to Bhopal, passenger Nitesh Mangria dropped his Android mobile phone on Platform No. 1 while alighting from train No. 12648 Kongu Superfast Express, unaware of the loss. The phone was found by Commercial Booking Clerk Ankita Patel, who, demonstrating honesty, handed it over to Sub-Station Manager (Commercial) Ashok Naagar. When the passenger’s family members later called the lost mobile, Ashok Nagar informed them that the phone was safe. When Nitesh Mangria arrived at Bhopal Station, he expressed his gratitude towards the railway administration and staff for their integrity and service.
