RAIPUR,
ASMITA State Badminton Championship organised by Chhattisgarh Badminton Association at Sapre School Badminton Hall, Raipur concluded on Friday.
Sanvi Chatre of Raipur emerged winner in the 17 years age group girl’s singles final while Rashi Mal clinched the title in the in the 19 years age group singles for girls and Hiral Chauhan was victorious in women’s singles category. In the 17 years age group girls singles final, Sanvi Chatre of Raipur had to face tough challenge from Dewal Pahliya in three by 21-17, 14-21, 23-21.
The 19 years girls singles was won by Rashi Mal with a win over Ishika Poddar by 21-16, 14-21, 21-11. Similarly, Hiral Chauhan managed to overtake her counterpart Ishika Poddar in straight games 23-21, 21-18. After the fifal games, prize distribution programme was organised.
