‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0’ camps were organised across 13 districts under the jurisdiction of Regional Provident Fund Commissioner’s Office, Jabalpur. During the camp held at the Jabalpur Regional Office, complaints related to provident fund and pensions were heard and resolved by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Rakesh Sahrawat.
During the grievance redressal session, two death claims were received and necessary action was directed to the concerned officials. Sahrawat informed that under the “Prayas” scheme, Pension Payment Orders (PPOs) were distributed in various district-level camps. A total of 108 complaints were resolved during the “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0” camps.
To ensure successful execution of these camps, a nodal team was formed, which remained in constant coordination with all teams, provided field guidance and facilitated the resolution of complaints.
The Jabalpur office conducted its camp at the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) auditorium in Jabalpur where all five received complaints were resolved. Besides, 19 complaints were registered at the Jabalpur regional office camp, all of which were addressed by Commissioner Rakesh Sahrawat.
He further informed that “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0” will continue to be organised on the 27th of every month across all 16 districts. He urged provident fund members, pensioners and employers to attend the nearest camp instead of traveling to the Jabalpur office for grievance redressal. He assured all complainants that the Provident Fund Office is committed to resolving their issues efficiently.
Assistant Director (EPFO) Dhirendra Naidu, Section Supervisor Manish Meena, ESIC official Chandra Bhan Singh and others were present on the occasion.
