As a part of its newly launched Leadership Connect initiative, Ramdeobaba University (RBU) hosted a remarkable first-ever fireside chat with Satyanarayan Nuwal, Founder and Chairperson of Solar Industries India Ltd, and currently ranked 57th on the Forbes India Rich List (2025). Addressing the students, Satyanarayan Nuwal said students should choose morality over success.

 The session was live-streamed on RBU’s official YouTube channel, allowing thousands to tune into a deeply inspiring conversation that transcended business to touch upon values, purpose, and leadership. Solar Industries, now employing over 10,000 people, is one of India’s leading defence and explosives manufacturers. The audience got a rare glimpse into the journey of Nuwal - a first-generation entrepreneur who rose from modest beginnings to head a global enterprise.
 
The event was graced by Rajendra Purohit, General Secretary (SRSS); Dr Rajesh Pande, Vice Chancellor; Dr Manoj Chandak, Principal; Dr Rajiv Khare, Director, III; Rupesh Pais, Director, RCOEM TBI; and other senior faculty members at RBU.
