On the initiative of the Madhya Pradesh Government, with the aim of making the Jal Ganga Samvardhan Abhiyan successful, the cleaning work of the stepwell of Gram Panchayat Katra was done under the guidance of Collector, Somesh Mishra and CEO of District Panchayat, Shreyansh Kumat. During this, the District Coordinator of MP Jan Abhiyan Parishad, Rajendra Chaudhary, while explaining the utility of water, said that water is very important for our life. It is necessary for every living being and is used for various purposes, such as drinking, cooking, bathing, cleaning, farming and industry. Without water, life cannot be imagined.
 
The participants present were administered the oath of water conservation by the Block Coordinator, Santosh Kumar Jharia. During this, Santosh Kumar Rajak, Consultant of Chief Minister Community Leadership Capacity Development Course, Ragini Hardaha students studying in MSW BSW and villagers played an important role.
