SYNA International School, Katni, unfolded a magnificent chapter of experiential learning through its Annual Educational Tours 2025.
Principal Dr Aditya Kumar Sharma expressed heartfelt gratitude to the staff members for their unwavering dedication, and to the parents for their constant trust and support. In an extraordinary celebration of learning, 37 staff members and hundreds of students embarked on exciting journeys that spanned the snow-capped Himalayan trails, sacred riversides, royal forts, bustling cities, and serene hills of India.
One of the most thrilling journeys was the Kedarkantha Trek, undertaken by 28 students and 4 staff members. At Dehradun, the group explored the majestic Forest Research Institute and caught a glimpse of the Indian Military Academy.
The adventure intensified as they trekked through snow-laden forests to Juda Ka Talab and Kedarkantha Base Camp.
Simultaneously, another group explored Gangtok, Darjeeling, and Prayagraj under the guidance of educators Premlal Tiwari, Manish Prajapati, Pinki Balyani (Tour Incharge), and Shraddha Nigam. From the spiritual sanctity of Sangam Snan in Prayagraj to the mesmerising sunrise at Tiger Hill, Darjeeling, and the tranquility of Changu Lake and Baba Mandir in Gangtok—the tour was a journey of inner reflection, cultural appreciation, and geographical wonder. Another group of 17 students and 3 teachers immersed themselves in the regal charm of Mount Abu, Udaipur, and Chittorgarh. Exploring Nakki Lake, the magnificent Dilwara Temples, Saheliyon Ki Bari, and the majestic Chittorgarh Fort, the tour was a walk through pages of valor and architectural brilliance.
A group explored Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh’s gem of a hill station. Led by four enthusiastic educators, students visited Jatashankar Temple, Pandava Caves, Bee Falls, Reechgarh, and enjoyed thrilling activities like trekking, zip-lining, sky cycling, and rock climbing. Each evening came alive with skits, dance, and music.
The most emotionally stirring tour was to Amritsar, Dalhousie, Khajjiar, and Chandigarh, where students soaked in patriotism at the Wagah Border, found serenity at the Golden Temple, and remembered the sacrifices at Jallianwala Bagh.
Concluding at the Rock Garden and Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh, the students returned inspired and enriched.
