One of the leading co-operative societies - Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Co-operative Society Limited, posted net profit of Rs 10.50 crore in 2024-25 financial year. The society has registered deposits of Rs 1700 crore and advances and other investments of Rs 1200 crore during the period. As per the target set by the Founder of the society Pramod Manmode, the society has already offered 1000 households to its members. Further, it is also planning to offer a new lot of 1300 households through its dream project ‘Swapnapurti Nirmal Trinity’ project. Swapnapurti Nirmal Trinity is a 26 storey scheme located in mauja Harpur on Nandanwan on Umred Road. There will be 11 towers equaipped with all modern emenities. Booking for phase 1, four towers has started.
