ACTRESS Wamiqa Gabbi, who is awaiting for the release of her latest film ABhool Chuk Maaf, has talked about what makes the topic of love and romance lended with comedy so universally popuar. Wamiqa told IANS: “It's love only. Love can eep us in unity generally as a world. That is why it is universal. It is a feeling that makes ou feel good.” The actress said she is “so glad” that after long time a film like Bhool Chuk Maaf with “a script with comedy and romance,” ame her way. When I heard the arration, it was like, ‘is this a romanc film?’ in that ‘nok-jhok (playful anter)’ there was love. I am so glad got to work with such an amazng cast.” The film is directed by Karan harma and produced by Dinesh ijan under the Maddock Films anner, with music by Tanishk agchi, lyrics by Irshad Kamil, and ocals by Tanishk Bagchi and Madhubanti Bagchi. The film revolves around Ranjan, small-town romantic boy from anaras,who lands a government job o marry Titli but forgets his vow to ord Shiva-only to be trapped until he ulfills his promise. A hilarious tale of ove, fate, and redemption unfolds. The makers of Bhool Chuk Maaf, which was initially slated to hit the creens on May 9, said that the film will now release digitally on Prime ideo on May 16, in “light of ecent events and the heightened security drills across the nation.” The news of the film’s postponement, starring Rajkummar Rao and Wa m i q a Gabbi comes after the Indian Air Force targeted the terrorists' sites without crossing the Pakistan airspace. Maddock Films took to Instagram to make the announcement. “In light of recent events and the heightened security drills across the nation, we at Maddock Films and Amazon MGM Studios have decided to bring our family entertainer, Bhool Chuk Maaf, directly to your homes on May 16-only on PrimeVideo, worldwide. While we were eagerly looking forward to celebrating this film with you in theaters, the spirit of the nation comes first. JAI HIND,” the note read.
 
Wamiqa Gabbi also has shared an update about the second season of Jubilee and said it is in the writing stage. Talking to IANS about the period drama show, which was released in 2023, Wamiqa told IANS: “I think it's in writing. I only know this much. I have no idea what they are writing, I am also waiting to know more about it. I have only this much update about it.” Jubilee is created and directed by Vikramaditya Motwane. This series stars Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aparshakti Khurana, Sidhant Gupta, Aditi Rao Hydari, Wamiqa Gabbi and Ram Kapoor. It is a thrilling yet poetic tale woven around an ensemble of characters and the gambles they're willing to take, in pursuit of their dreams, passion, ambition and love.Wamiqa made her screen debut as a child with a brief role in the Hindi film Jab We Met in 2007.
