The Vidarbha Chapter of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO Vidarbha) conducted its Change of Guard Ceremony, along with the official installation of the NextGen Committee and the launch of the MAHI Women’s Wing, on Sunday at Hotel Centre Point, Ramdaspeth. The event was graced by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis as the chief guest, who delivered an inspiring keynote, announcing several policy-level positive measures for the real estate sector. These announcements are expected to create significant investment opportunities in Nagpur and the broader Vidarbha region.

 

Ashish Jaiswal, State Minister; Rajan Bandelkar, Vice-Chairman, NAREDCO National; Hitesh Thakkar, Vice-President, NAREDCO Maharashtra; Smita Patil, President Mahi Naredco National; and others were also present. The newly appointed office-bearers of NAREDCO Vidarbha: - are Ghanshyam Dhokne – Chairman; Dr Kunal Padole – President; Sachin Meher – Secretary; Skylab Bhanare – Treasurer; Badal Matey - Sr. Vice President; and Saahil Tiwari – Vice President (Management).

 

The MAHI Women’s Wing office bearers are:- Yogeshwari Nandanwar – President; Archana Borkar (Naik) – Secretary, Director, Bhoomi Associates; Ashwini Peshane – Vice-President (Growth), Director, Bhumesh Realtors; Ar. Archana Dhokne – Vice-President (Events), Director, WKD Builders & Developers. The NextGen Committee – Office Bearers are:- Dipasha Patil – President; Unmesh Ingale – Secretary; Pankaj Thakre – Senior Vice-President; Priyashil Mate – Treasurer; Rishabh Agrawal – Vice-President (DA); Dhammadeep Khobragade – Vice-President (GA); Abhijit Chandel – Vice-President (CA). The newly appointed leadership teams across NAREDCO Vidarbha, MAHI, and NextGen signify a collective push toward regional development, innovation, youth leadership, and women’s empowerment in the infrastructure sector.
