Alam to lead Nagpur softball team

 

 

INTERNATIONAL player Rehanuma Alam will lead the Nagpur district team in the 30th Senior Women’s Softball State Championship that has been organised at Palus, Sangli. Team: Rehanuma Alam, Nidhi Khambalkar, Kanchan Taywade, Devyani Ishwarkar, Prinsi Kathane, Kanchan Kathane, Ishika Sahare, Tamanna Wadke, Dhanashree, Khushi Masram, Sania Kore, Anushka Vaidya, Vishranti Kashikar, Divyani Brahmankar, Payal Sakhare, Akanksha Raut, Kirti Gulhane. State trainer Dr Darshana Pandit has been named coach of the team while Pranay Sukhdeve is the manager. Maharashtra Softball Association Joint Secretary Dr Surajsingh Yeotikar; Nagpur Municipal Corporation Sports Officer and Secretary of the Metropolitan Softball Association Dr Piyush Ambulkar; President Ketan Thakre, Roshan Vaikunthi, Nikhil Mohite and Kisan Chaudhary wished the players good luck for the competition.
