Bride appears in BEd exam soon after marriage in Saunsar

 

 

 

If there is determination, the path is made by itself, she took seven vows of marriage, looked at the watch and went straight to the examination centre, the bride wrote her dream of a golden future in the lines of the answersheet. Bride, Vasudha, became a unique example, such dedication towards education is rarely seen. Dressed in red attire, with mehndi on hands, sindoor on forehead and mangalsutra around the neck, usually the bride leaves in this form and goes to her in-laws’ house. After taking seven rounds and completing all the rituals of marriage, Vasudha reached Government College Saunsar with her life partner Rishabh Paliwal and gave her BEd exam. Vasudha is daughter of Prashant Wadekar, Director of a private educational institution, and Heena Wadekar.

 

She got married to Rishabh Paliwal. This bride became a symbol of the fact that, if the intentions are strong, then no situation can become an obstacle in the way of education. When other students in the exam centre were watching the well-dressed bride filling the answersheet, everyone’s gaze stopped, but her pen did not stop. There was a unique confidence on her face. It was telling that this bride has come not only to make her home but also to make her future better. Vasudha said that marriage can stop, but education is a journey. Education does not bow down to any ritual. Only an educated woman takes the family and society forward.
