Pandey to the Four

 

Akshay Pandey scored four goals including a hat-trick as Nobel Sports Association thrashed Central Railway by eight goals to nil in the NDFA Inter-Academy Under-15 Football Championship organised by Nagpur District Football Association at Dr Ambedkar Football Stadium in Suyog Nagar on Friday. Pandey was unstoppable as he bulged the net in 14th, 30th, 37th and 39th minutes. Rohit Samanta (4th, 8th) and Gaurang Teotia (28th, 33rd) scored a brace in their thundering win. In another match, Nagpur City edged past Lashkari Bagh 2-1 For Nagpur City Moses Joseph (29th) and ALEX Pedrom (39th) scored the goals. For, Lashkari Bagh, Priyanshu reduced the margin in 37th minute. Nagpur South West and FSA played out a goalless draw. In another match NDFA Academy drubbed Xcite Play 5-0. Anmol Mukharjee opened the account in the 3rd minute and then added another in the 24th minute. Yash Ahuja (37th, 40th) too scored twice while Humayl Sheikh (20th) scored a goal in their big win.
