A young talent from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh has brought pride to the nation by earning an invitation to represent India on a prestigious global platform. Suhani Pandey, who currently works with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, has been invited to participate in the 28th St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2025). The renowned international conference will be held from June 18 to 21, in St. Petersburg, Russia. This invitation comes from the Roscongress Foundation, which functions under the patronage of the President of the Russian Federation.
 
The official letter of invitation has been signed by Anton Kobyakov, the Advisor to the President of Russia. SPIEF is regarded as one of the world’s leading economic forums, where key global economic challenges are addressed and discussed by international leaders, experts, and innovators. At last year’s SPIEF 2024, over 22,000 participants from 139 countries took part, and more than 1,073 agreements worth over 6.4 trillion rubles were signed.
 
The forum provides an essential platform for emerging economies and nations to exchange ideas, foster innovation, and explore collaborative opportunities. Suhani Pandey’s selection for such a distinguished event is a proud moment for India. It not only highlights her individual achievements and professional capabilities, but also reflects the growing global presence of India’s youth in shaping economic and strategic discussions. She is the daughter of Dr. Shravan Pandey and Dr Rachna Pandey.
