Bouncers and staff allegedly misbehaved with a group of visitors and beat them up at Dwarka Water Park in Waki. Following a complaint, Khapa Police have registered a case against the accused under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The incident occurred on Sunday, around 6.30 pm. According to police, 12 members of the Scindhia and Patil families from Kamptee and Jaitala in Nagpur had booked tickets online and arrived at the water park at 11 am to spend the day. The group included men, women, and children. Around 6 pm, while enjoying a swing in the amusement area, a small argument broke out between two teenagers. A bouncer at the park reportedly beat the boy, which led to a confrontation with the women in the group. The bouncers and some staff members allegedly attacked the women and men with sticks and kicks.

Two women, Sonali (27) and Sakshi (22), fainted during the confinement. They were later taken to Patansaongi Primary Health Centre (PHC) and then shifted to a Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Nagpur. On Monday, June 16, the victims appeared at Khapa Police Station and recorded their statements. Khapa Police have registered a case against the accused under BNS Sections 118(1), 351(2), and 352.
