PORWAL Academy blanked Sankalp Academy 5-0 in the Inter-Academy Under-15 Football Tournament in progress at NDFA’s Dr Ambedkar ground in Suyog Nagar, on Wednesday. Vansh gave Porwal a 1-0 lead as early as in the third minute of play. Aown Mahudi’s brace that came in 7th and 41st minutes made it 3-0. Mohamamad Ayan (23rd) and Farhan Ansari (29th) fired one each for the final scoreline.

 

Second match of the day failed to yield a result as Nobel Sports Academy and Lashkaribagh Academy played a goalless draw. In the third match, Nagpur City Academy defeatedYoung Muslim Academy by two goals to nil. Sahil Samdure’s (25+2 min) goal at the stroke of break put the team ahead while Hanok Padgilwar scored one in the 33rd minute. In fourth and last game of the day, Friends Sports Academy and NDFA Academy split points by playing 1-1 draw. Mohamamad Arshad’s 3rd minute goal for NDFA was nullified by Tanmay in the 33rd minute.
