Canvas for ‘A’ Life: Art Exhibition Fundraiser by Balco Medical Centre

 

 

 

BALCO Medical Centre (BMC), Raipur, hosted ‘Canvas for ‘A’ Life’, an art exhibition and fundraiser at Mayfair Lake Resorts showcasing a vibrant collection of artworks by artists from across India. The exhibition featured folk and contemporary art from artists across Odisha, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Bihar and Rajasthan, merging culture with compassion. All proceeds from the exhibition through artwork sales and auctions will directly support the BMC Charitable Fund, which enables diagnostics and treatment for underprivileged cancer patients who would otherwise struggle to continue care due to financial hardship.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Medical Director of Balco Medical Centre Dr Bhawna Sirohi said, “Canvas for a Life is more than an art event, it is a movement of hope. Every brushstroke here contributes to a cancer patient’s journey toward healing. This is our way of ensuring that no life is left behind simply because of lack of funds.” BMC is committed to providing quality and equitable cancer care. This initiative is yet another step towards its vision to make world-class cancer treatment accessible to all, regardless of socio-economic background.
