The QCFI Nagpur Chapter, in collaboration with Center of Human Excellence at Ramdeobaba University organised the 2nd convention on energy conservation on Sunday. The convention saw enthusiastic participation, with 37 teams from 10 organisations. The chief guest for the function was Avinash Mishra, QCFI President, and the guest of honour was Avinash Upadhyay, Director, QCFI Delhi. Other esteemed members included A K Jain, Ex-Chairman, QCFI Nagpur Chapter; Vivek Shrouty, Chairman- QCFI Nagpur; Mr Jain, Plant Head- JSW and Dr Rajiv Khaire - Director PR & Branding, RBU and Vivek Joshi Secretary QCFI Nagpur. The convention commenced with an opening remark by A K. Jain, Chairman Emeritus who emphasized the urgent need for a shift in mindset and individual responsibility towards energy conservation. Avinash Mishra delivered an inspiring keynote address.Following these presentations by all 29 teams commenced in six parallel sessions, which were judged by industry experts Sunil Mahbal, Jagdish Nigam, Surendra Nishanrao, and Laxman Udan.
