Teenager commits suicide

 

 

 

 

 A TEENAGER allegedly committed suicide by hanging self at home in Amleshwar, Durg. The incident is apparently of suicide but the further investigation is underway for establishing finally the cause of death and other facts, the police said. Police sources informed that the deceased has been identified as Sandeep Patel (19), son of Ramesh Patel, a resident of Sankra village of Amleshwar,

 

Durg. The police said that at about 11:45 pm on Friday, Sandeep Patel was found hanging from the ceiling angle at the staircase of the house. The body was hanging with the help of a nylon rope. As the incident came to light the family members and neighbours brought Sandeep Patel down immediately and rushed him to Community Health Center (CHC) of Jheet village but the doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.

 

The family members also told to police that Sandeep Patel was perturbed for few days owing to persisting stomachache and he might have committed suicide out of frustration. Upon information an Amleshwar police team reached the CHC and took the body into custody. The police have recorded the unnatural death and the body was handed over to the family members following the autopsy.
