Day eight of “Act-O-Pedia - 2” theatre workshop focused on fundamental aspects of theatre, film analysis, and practical exercises. Participants learned about theatre and the types of rasas (emotions) with accompanying expressions.
The workshop included screenings of Charlie Chaplin’s films, Modern Times and City Lights. Participants inquired about film details and plot points, which were discussed.
Day eight of “Act-O-Pedia - 2” theatre workshop focused on fundamental aspects of theatre, film analysis, and practical exercises. Participants learned about theatre and the types of rasas (emotions) with accompanying expressions.

The session also featured warm-up exercises and improvisation activities. The coming days will cover additional theatre topics, including principles of acting, Indian theatre, and the importance of theatre in daily life and movement.
Instruction will also focus on voice, speech, diction, and improvisation. The origin of Natya Shastra and drama will be explained. The 20-day “Act-O-Pedia - 2” theatre workshop is organized by “The Art Revolution” in collaboration with “Rang Chaak Art.” It began on May 25, 2025, and concludes on June 15, 2025.
Sessions run daily from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 11 Sanya Farm House, CTO Road, Bairagarh, Dipika Coaching Classes, Bhopal. The workshop is led by theatre artists Ashirwad Jha and Uddesh Agariya.
