A one-day workshop titled ‘Waffle-Making Party’ was organised in Raipur. Chef Krishna Natthani and Pavitra from Sugar Bliss gave live demo on how to bake waffle. Around 25 young children enthusiastically participated and learnt the process of preparing mouthwatering baked waffles. During the session, experts prepared a waffle premix using refined flour, baking powder and powdered sugar.

 

The children joined-in to mix butter to make a batter, which was poured into a waffle maker for baking fresh waffles. After the preparation, participants got apprised on decoration of waffles with fruits like mango, banana, kiwi, cherry and chocolate chips. The event served as a fun, nutritious and educational way to utilize time positively during the summer.
