n To expedite the pace of infrastructure development in Jabalpur
In a bid to expedite the pace of infrastructure development in Jabalpur Parliamentary constituency, Member of Parliament Ashish Dubey paid a courtesy visit to Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, in New Delhi.
During the meeting, Dubey held detailed discussions with the Union Minister regarding ongoing and proposed road projects in Jabalpur under the Ministry’s ambit.
He emphasised the need to strengthen and modernise the city’s road infrastructure to ensure better connectivity and ease of travel.
Dubey also submitted proposals aimed at enhancing Jabalpur’s linkage with national highways and major metropolitan cities.
He highlighted the urgency of implementing infrastructure solutions such as bypasses, flyovers, ring roads and modern traffic management systems to address the city’s increasing traffic congestion and reduce the risk of road accidents.
Responding positively, Minister Gadkari assured full support from the Ministry and expressed willingness to consider the proposals definitely.
Calling the meeting a significant step towards Jabalpur’s development, Dubey said we are committed to transforming Jabalpur into a progressive and modern city.
With public participation and the full support of the central government, these initiatives will move forward at an even faster pace. He said the meeting was a constructive effort to give shape to future infrastructure plans and enhance the city’s basic structure.
