The 44th annual general body meeting of the Vidarbha Urban Banks’ Co-operative Association was recently held in Hotel Hardeo, Sitabuldi in the city. Ravindra Durugkar, President of the association presided over the meeting. On the occasion, Durugkar highlighted various achievements of the association. He said that considering the changes in the policies of the Reserve bank of India, there is a need of specialized training for directors of the urban co-operative banks. Founder President of association and expert director Kailashchandra Agrawal spoke about the journey of the association. Secretary of the association Tusharkanti Dable; and Expert Director Sanjay Bhende also expressed their views. 43 office-bearers of 27 urban banks in Vidarbha took part in the meeting.
