The Aditya Anagha Multistate Credit Cooperative Society recently organised a mega event ‘Co-Create 2025’ to commemorate the United Nations-declared International Year of Cooperatives 2025 and International Cooperative Day here in the city. The event witnessed renowned experts, thinkers, and change-makers in the cooperative sector. Girish Gandhi, Founder of Vanarai Foundation, presided over the function while Vivek Jugade, Secretary of Sahakar Bharati; and others were present. On the occasion, Anagha Saraf, Founder-Chairperson of Aditya Anagha, emphasized the importance of selfless service, hard work, dedication, and time contribution in the cooperative sector.

 

Elaborating on the co-operative movement, she said that it has faced many challenges and brought in social changes. In her welcome address Aishwarya Sameer Saraf highlighted the significance of International Cooperative Day and the role of cooperatives in achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Swati Askar proposed the vote of thanks while Poonam Gurav conducted the proceedings.
